THE SAMMY WILLIAMS CENTER FOR ACTIVE LIVING

Open MONDAY THRU FRIDAY ( 8 AM TO 1PM)

SAMMY WILLIAMS CENTER FOR ACTIVE LIVING is a center that encourages active lifestyles for people 60 and over while offering many physical activities, i.e., exercise and dance classes, balance stability sessions, and intergenerational programs for young and old.

NOTE: UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ALL ACTIVITIES ARE OPEN TO THE PUBLIC. Call the center at 692-3320 for furtherinformation.

Tues. 7, Advanced tap dance class 12 noon fee $10.00 Per class

   Intermediate tap dance class 1:00 pm fee $10.00 Per class Instructor: Jim Gilleran

Wed. 8 and 22, Blood Pressure Readings, 10:30-11:30 am

Mon. 13, February birthday celebrations, 12 noon

Wed. 15, Fun with Bob, 10:30-11;30 M

Tues. 21,Forgetful or Alzheimer? Presented by Roger Mann, Golden

   Living Circle, 10:30-11:30 am

Wed. 22, Crafts with Lisa and Jane, 10:30-11:30 am
