    SAMMY WILLIAMS CENTER FOR ACTIVE LIVING is a center that encourages active lifestyles for people 55 and over while offering many physical activities, i.e., exercise and dance classes, balance stability sessions, and intergenerational programs for young and old.

    NOTE:  UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED ALL ACTIVITIES ARE FREE AND OPEN TO THE PUBLIC.  Call the center at 692-3320 for further information.

    Wed. 1, Yir’ Pullin’ My Leg, Tom Edwards, 10:30-11:20 am

    Thurs. 2, 9, 16, 23 and 30, Advanced Tap Dance Class, 9:00-10:00 am

       Instructor:  Jim Gilleran  Fee:  $10.00 per class

    Tues. 7, 14, 21 and 28, Intermediate Tap Dance Class, 9:15-10:15 am

    Department of Social Services Agency (Medicaid and Food Stamps) and Interfaith Assistance Ministry ((IAM) reps available (Call Mary at 692-3320 for appointment)

    S.H.I.I.P (Senior Health insurance Information Program) rep available (Call for appointment at 866-790-9355)
